Customer Service: Policies and Procedures
Thank you for shopping at the Wright Card Co. We've done our best to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Rest assure your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety and confidentiality.

We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or exchange names or any information about our on line customers with third parties. We keep confidential any information entered during ordering.

If you have any concern ordering electronically, you can place your order by phone at 800.208.9550 / 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. ( PST ) Monday through Friday. You can also print an order form and fax it to 415.641.5471.

We will strive to give you the best service possible. We value you as a customer and we would like you to feel free to contact us with any of your questions or comments.

Shipping
We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada only. Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Standard Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS Ground only.

All in stock items that you order will usually ship within 3 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Since we are located in California states close to us (California, Oregon, Utah and most of Washington and Idaho) will receive their orders within 2 business days after shipping. If you are located on the East coast, allow 6 business days for shipping. All other states, allow 3 to 5 business days shipping time. Shipments made outside the United States may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of your anticipated delivery date. If we ship only part of your order we will charge you only for the part that we ship. Any back order will arrive without a freight charge. Your credit card will only be charged for an item you receive.

Return Policy
Please take a moment to review your order, including style numbers and quantities, before submitting it. Since many of our products are "made to order " for you, we unfortunately are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellation
A customer can cancel any order before it has shipped out. However, if your order has been shipped and you no longer want the merchandise you'll need to refuse delivery and the package will be come back to us. We will then credit you the full amount less the shipping charges.

Tax
California state sales tax will be added to orders shipping to all addresses in the state of California.
